Class will familiarize trainees w/ the business processes specific to Salesforce. The scope of training includes: General Salesforce navigation, Case object overview &; workflow, Account, Contact and Opportunity objects and associated roles, General Account management, Data management &; entry into Salesforce, Case creation and management, reporting and dashboards, Hands on experience relating to each topic, How to optimize data within Salesforce. At the completion of this training, participants will have a better understanding of the platform &; how their organization utilizes the platform to deliver services to its clients. Training is instructor led remote and includes lecture, case studies, power point and class discussion. |
