This training is designed to teach Sales executives how to develop into a strong Sales Leader with the Sales Xceleration Model. Students learn thru visuals (in person or virtual) lectures, assignments (document current environment) and working with teams to review, role play and determine improvement. Students will be able to analyze gaps. This course teaches the SX's model. Course 5 objectives is to understand the art of negotiation. We use trail closing techniques and pricing negotiations just to name a few of the aspects of this course. The results will be moving a client from prospect phase to forecastable in the Sales process. |
