Different skills are needed to facilitate 2 kinds of meetings: task/information/accountability meetings and culture/values engagement/customer changing meetings. Day 1: Task/information/accountability meetings-having an effective meeting to get things done, hold people accountable, manage time and personalities. Day 2: Culture/values engagement/customer changing meetings-Courageous Conversations. Cost benefit of effective meetings, better outcomes as leaders, time management; accountability, norm changing and enforcing, follow through. How: Reading, Teaching Strategies, Instruction, breakout groups, coaching labs, Assessments, Role Play, Pedagogy. Course can be taught in person or virtually. Course is geared to anyone working in an office
