Students will take the internally vetted Core Customer statement from the Intro Core Customer Discovery course and vet it externally with prospective customers. Participants will learn how to prepare for a call including the key learnings, initial and follow up questions they will ask during a discovery interview. The method of instruction is often in-person but can be done remotely. The pedagogical practice is primarily class instruction, hands-on training and group discussions to improve the process. Slides or drawn pictures can also be used. The audience is senior leadership team members.
