Once the Core Customer work is complete, the students will then create a Sales Playbook. In this course we will focus on the company and the market. They will build the first part of the playbook mission statement, pertinent company info as well as clearly articulating the Problem, the Solution, Market Definition and Ideal Customer Profile. The method of instruction is often in-person but can be done remotely. The pedagogical practice is primarily class instruction and group discussions. Slides or drawn pictures can also be used. The audience is senior leadership team members.
