This course will be the completion of the Sales Playbook where students will focus on the Sales Process including the methodology and the key steps in the sales process. They will learn how to identify clear sales targets, build a sales funnel including key stages, the elevator pitch, most common objections and more. This document will be used to unify and training the sales team. The method of instruction is often in-person but can be done remotely. The pedagogical practice is primarily class instruction and group discussions to improve the process. Slides or drawn pictures can also be used. The audience is senior leadership team members.
