In this course, participants will learn about performance management as an everyday part of workplace relationships and not something that happens mostly at formal meetings when constructive feedback is unavoidably required. The course is designed to expose participants to a relationship-based model of performance management. The participants will learn through in-person lectures and in-class activities. Taking this course will increase the participants understanding of performance expectations that apply to every workplace, improve skills for building workplace relationships, and provide a template for giving constructive feedback. The ideal audience for this course is administration staff, managers, and interested professionals.
