In this course, participants will learn about unproductive paradigms that keep them from acting on all the knowledge they have acquired. The course will expose participants to these paradigms and help them implement what they already know and shift their thinking and habits to close the gap between what they know and what they actually do. The participants will learn through in-person lectures and in-class activities. Taking this course will allow the participants to take a deeper dive into their thinking, become aware of the paradigms that maybe holding them back, and better understand how to develop good habits and break bad ones. The ideal audience for this course is administration staff, managers, and interested professionals.
