Description:

The purpose of Acceptance Sampling is to determine the disposition of goods or services (accept, reject, screen) by selecting the disposition that minimizes cost of inspection to achieve a desired level of quality. This course is designed for managers, engineers, or researchers who use sampling methods and wish to optimize these methods for cost and effectiveness. Through instructor-led class training, with opportunities to practice learned skills using prepared data, participants understand the risk involved in any sampling plan, various performance curves of a sampling plan and their interpretation, and the advantages/disadvantages of various plans. Training is available at QSG’s training facility or virtually. (Basic SPC Prerequisite) |
