This in-house version of Part 1 of our synchronous virtual workshops on “The Leadership Challenge” introduces the core concepts of this book. It also provides participants with an opportunity to review and discuss the results of their Leadership Practices Inventory (LPI) assessment, and to create a leadership action plan based on those results. Through individual and group exercises, participants explore and discuss their leadership journey, how their practices have influenced their progress, and what areas of their leadership profile they want to strengthen for the future. The workshop content is applicable to both leaders and high-potential individual contributors at all levels within an organization and throughout most industries. |
