This in-house version of Part 2 of our synchronous virtual workshops on “The Leadership Challenge” introduces participants to the first essential practice, “Modeling the Way,” that is, charting a course for your team and convincing them to follow. This involves: 1) understanding your values; 2) searching for alignment between your values and those of others; and 3) doing what you say you’ll do. Through individual and group exercises, participants explore and discuss how they handle each of these tasks, and what changes they can make to improve in their role as leaders. The workshop content is applicable to both leaders and high-potential individual contributors at all levels within an organization and throughout most industries. |
