This in-house version of Part 3 of our synchronous virtual workshops on “The Leadership Challenge” introduces participants to the second essential practice, “Inspiring a Shared Vision,” that is, setting an example for others. This involves: 1) believing in future possibilities; 2) sharing your vision of the future and getting others to share; and 3) working to create a common vision. Through individual and group exercises, participants explore and discuss their efforts to inspire a shared vision, and the steps they can take to strengthen their team’s alignment around that vision. The workshop is applicable to leaders and high-potential individual contributors at all levels within an organization and throughout most industries. |
