This in-house version of Part 6 of our synchronous virtual workshops on “The Leadership Challenge” introduces participants to the fifth essential practice, “Encouraging the Heart,” that is, working to let people know the value of their contributions. This involves: 1) recognizing individual achievements; 2) showcasing accomplishments of team members; and 3) bringing team members together to celebrate. Through individual and group exercises, participants explore and discuss ways that they can build an environment that supports individual success and reinforces an “all for one and one for all” mentality. The workshop content is applicable to both leaders and high-potential individual contributors at all levels and throughout most industries. |
