This workshop is taught in person using facilitated discussion to train leadership teams how to create their strategic plans and change the way they think about making business decisions. We use case studies and group exercises to build the strategic planning competencies of the leadership teams, conducted over multiple sessions. The workshop teaches an entire strategic planning framework so the leadership teams can continue to update and refine their strategic plans going forward. We do not advise them on their strategies, we facilitate the process for them to develop and document their own strategies and action plans that they can then introduce and teach to the rest of their employee teams.
