The Annual Planning session is a review of the previous year and looks forward to the next. Building upon previous learnings, students will leverage the tools and experience gained to review, refine and update the Vision Plan. Students will learn how to update the 3-Year picture with greater detail and more precise measurables based on the historical scorecard data.Students practice learned concepts by creating a new 1-Year plan based on this data to make a predictable and achievable plan for the upcoming year, along with new annual and quarterly goals.
