People Mastery continues to build upon activities from Session 3 - People Foundations. Students review their core values with a more critical lens to ensure values are not aspirational, accurately reflect company culture, and can attract the right people for the organization. Students will learn how to update the Responsibility Map with an intense focus on multiple roles and build a hiring roadmap that allows team members to focus on a single role.
With accurate core values and a precise Responsibility Map, we can ensure we have the right people in the right roles, make excellent strategic hires, and move or remove underperforming staff with compassion and confidence.
