Data Mastery continues to build upon the data and metrics activities from Session 4 - Data Foundations.
Students will review the scorecard and expand it to a Company Scorecard. Students will learn how to create underlying departmental scorecards that follow the philosophy of monitoring leading indicators.
Students will practice updating all scorecards to create predictability across the business and to execute against a 1-Year plan founded on historical metrics.
Developing a company-wide scorecard with a 1-Year Plan in hand allows us to more precisely monitor execution against a measurable and achievable business plan and make business decisions to achieve our goals.
