Quarterly Planning is a structure that can be used indefinitely for operational and strategic planning.
We'll leverage learnings from previous sessions to review the prior quarter's execution and the Vision Plan. We'll identify opportunities for refinement based on the company's current status. We'll review the Responsibility Map to make personnel changes as needed. We'll create quarterly S.M.A.R.T. goals that execute against the 1-Year Plan and Root Problem Solving to remove any obstacles preventing us from achieving the Vision Plan.
Quarterly Planning facilitates a strategic planning session that adapts to the most important needs of the company on an ongoing basis.
