Solo HR professionals have to juggle many compliance and operational responsibilities. This in-person instructor-led program will help attendees take the leap from being tactical to strategic partners within an organization. Attendees will be asked to consider their role, how HR aligns with their organization’s strategic objectives, learn effective communications strategies, time management skills and when it makes sense to automate or outsource elements of the HR function. Through hands-on exercises, they will analyze current HR practices and build a set of realistic best practices to apply back on the job.
