Course is designed for workers who perform cleanup, emergency response, or are likely to discover a hazardous substance release. This 4-hour course on Hazardous Waste is designed for general site workers that could potentially be exposed to hazardous materials during incidents. Attendees will learn about exposure to hazardous materials and how to respond in an emergency. This course will be held in-person and includes lectures, discussions, and interactive exercises/demonstrations. Course can be provided in English, Spanish, Portuguese, and Cape Verdean Creole. *Note: employees that are legally required to take this training are not eligible to be included in employers' counts for Express reimbursement through the Workforce Training Fund.
