Description:

This course was designed for practical experience above and beyond a classroom training for workers that may have to assist in emergency response and evacuation due to a hazardous material incident. Students will learn about PPE, Respiratory Protection, Emergency Response protocols, and Incident Command structure. This course will be held in-person and includes lectures, discussions, and interactive exercises/demonstrations. Course can be provided in English, Spanish, Portuguese, and Cape Verdean Creole. *Note: employees that are legally required to take this training are not eligible to be included in employers' counts for Express reimbursement through the Workforce Training Fund. |
