Those employees who are trained at HAZWOPER 24-Hour Technician Level shall receive annual 8-Hour refresher training of sufficient content and duration to maintain their competencies or shall demonstrate competency in those areas at least yearly. This course satisfies that requirement. The course will be held in-person and includes lectures, discussions, and interactive exercises/demonstrations. This training can be provided in English, Spanish, Portuguese, and Cape Verdean Creole. *Note: employees that are legally required to take this training are not eligible to be included in employers' counts for Express reimbursement through the Workforce Training Fund.
