This program discusses common hazards in industrial knife use, as well as the safety regulations and best practices to minimize employee injury. This course is appropriate for workers who use knives in their job tasks, managers, supervisors, and safety managers. This course will be held in-person and includes lectures, discussions, and interactive exercises/demonstrations. Course can be provided in English, Spanish, Portuguese, and Cape Verdean Creole. *Note: employees that are legally required to take this training are not eligible to be included in employers' counts for Express reimbursement through the Workforce Training Fund.
