WHO: This course is for Managers in for profit companies and is recommended to be taken after Course #1136801. WHAT: Attendees take part in a detailed company review, a 2-part Johari feedback exercise, Advanced SWOT Analysis, and 20-part Organizational analysis. WHY: This training module has two main objectives: #1. Increasing managers' communication abilities and leadership effectiveness. #2. Increasing managers’ ability to critically analyze organizational activities, trends, and results in order to effectively manage the company. HOW: Sessions are in person or virtually if needed. Sessions include teaching best practices from organizational health experts, group discussion, whiteboarding, and homework for reinforcement (as needed).
