Taking this course will increase awareness and knowledge about the benefits, importance, and steps involved in creating a culture where communication flows, where employees are engaged and motivated, and teams meet more efficiently. Participants will learn how behavior and communication styles and motivators influence team dynamics. Training is done in person and in a team setting. Assignments consist of DISC and Driving Forces Assessments. The expected outcome is for the participants to jointly create a Team Charter that defines how the team meets and makes decisions. The ideal audience for this course is organizational leaders and their teams.
