Description:
Providing participants with a foundation for learning and engaging in conversations about social identity. Participants develop shared vocabulary and understanding of key concepts about identity, privilege and marginalization associated with one’s identities, and frameworks that illustrate how systems of inclusion and exclusion operate in the workplace. Throughout the workshop, participants will have the opportunity to engage in small- and large-group discussions to practice skills such as self-reflection and active listening. We recommend this workshop for participants at all levels including executive leadership, managers, and individual contributors. Optional Conversation Toolkit add-on empowers participants to foster hard conversations.
