Providing participants with a foundation for learning and engaging in conversations about social identity, with a particular focus on race and racial equity. Participants develop shared vocabulary and understanding of key concepts about race and racial identity development, systemic racism, and frameworks that illustrate how systems of inclusion and exclusion due to race manifest in the workplace. Throughout the workshop, participants will have the opportunity to engage in small- and large-group discussions to practice skills such as self-reflection and active listening.
