Addressing Implicit Bias provides a comprehensive foundational understanding of implicit or unconscious bias, and the ways in which bias can appear in the workplace. Participants will learn key terminology and concepts, and strategies to mitigate the impact of implicit bias. We recommend this workshop for participants at all levels including executive leadership, managers, and individual contributors. Variations of this workshop can be customized for organizational leaders as they explore the role of bias in decision making, recruiting, hiring, supervisory relationships, or the establishment of organizational norms and culture.
