Helping participants identify opportunities for cultural and organizational change that can lead to equity in the workplace. Participants will learn about the stages of an organization’s DEI journey, discuss domains for organizational change, and explore opportunities to apply these concepts at their own organizations. We recommend this workshop for participants at all levels including executive leadership, managers, and individual contributors. Optional Visioning add-on will allow members of senior leadership to begin articulating a DEI vision statement for the organization.
