At the Intersection of Identities provides participants with an opportunity to deepen their understanding of their own and others’ identities. Through reflections, discussions, and activities, participants explore the interconnected nature of social identities, illuminate the unique experiences of marginalization resulting from intersectionality, and apply these new lenses to their own personal and professional lives. We recommend this workshop for participants at all levels including executive leadership, managers, and individual contributors. Prerequisite: Understanding Social Identity or Understanding Racial Equity
