Building upon our foundational Understanding Social Identity and Understanding Racial Equity workshops by providing participants with an opportunity to deepen their understanding of their own and others’ identities. Through different reflections, discussions, and activities, participants will explore the interconnected nature of social identities, illuminate the unique experiences of marginalization resulting from¿intersectionality, apply these new lenses to their own¿work to address inequities in and out of the workplace. We recommend this workshop for participants at all levels including executive leadership, managers, and individual contributors.
