Description:

Quarterly Planning teaches students a process for ongoing operational and strategic planning. Students will learn how to review their Vision Plan and identify gaps that need refinement based on their company's current status. Students will learn a process to refine key components of their business operating system on a rhythmic basis, and practice by updating their Responsibility Map to make personnel changes as needed.
Students will learn how to create S.M.A.R.T. goals. Students will learn a Root Problem-Solving process, and practice by removing obstacles to the Vision Plan. Quarterly Planning teaches students how to adapt to the most important company needs.
