In this week-long, interactive course students will learn Lean systems, Kaizen systems, Kaizen administration, Visual workplace, creating Flow, Pull systems, Quick Changeover, Mistake Proofing and Lean Leader behaviors and expectations. Through in person workshops the team will learn all these concepts and apply them to our ''Simulated Enterprise''. The team will (a) plan and execute 3 mini-Kaizens (b) utilize the Lean tools to understand the impact of them and (c) work together as a team to improve the organizations performance. This is a fun, hands-on experience that is suitable for senior managers, middle managers and experienced personnel.
