Through either in-person or remote instruction, we will train candidates how to lead successful Kaizens. This is a fun, hands-on experience that is suitable for successful Lean Yellow Belt candidates only. Each candidate will be taught how to a) identify the need for Kaizen through Value Stream Analysis, b) the Kaizen planning and preparation process, c) the appropriate kaizen root cause / countermeasure tools and how to implement them, and d) how to measure, sustain and report the results of the Kaizen. NOTE: This course requires 20 participants.
