In this 2-day, in-person course, participants will learn how to create a Key Performance Indicator (KPI) report that leads to the best behaviors. Training includes the use of a free app that provides the expected magnitude of future KPI values. For example, if a predictive statement about production lead time, failure rates, supplier quality, or employee retention is undesirable, process improvement is needed. This course will increase a manager's ability to determine how to improve the processes associated with KPI-measured responses so that the organization's bottom line benefits. The ideal audience for this course is leaders who are system thinkers and want to help their organization move beyond siloed reporting to a high-level view.
