Description:

This hybrid , in-person and distance course introduces some of the fundamentals of machine tool technologies. The student will complete online learning modules before practicing those skills on one of our Haas CNC machines. Once the video based curriculum has been mastered, the student will demonstrate they have those competencies. While practicing these skills students will be exposed to supporting activities that include, blueprint reading, precision measurement, safety, general organization and machine tool management.
Upon completion of this course, the student will take the CNC operator certification exam.
Each student will complete 21 hours of online content with 4 x six hour sessions on the CNC milling machine. |
