The year-long Core Program for executives and middle managers consists of three parts: Management Seminar classes (virtual) focused on skill development in such subjects as finance, strategy, fundraising, developing individual and team talents, program evaluation, and project management; Practice Seminar (7-8 students, virtual) An opportunity for students to find their leadership voice, gain confidence, and apply skills learned in the Management Seminar, based on the analysis of live cases brought by students. We have adapted a hybrid model with Orientation and Graduation being in person and the management and practice seminars remaining virtual.
