In this course, participants will learn a strategic planning framework. The participants will learn the best practices in how to assess current business state, how to determine alignment of an organization’s mission, vision, and values to their short-term and long-term goals, and how to conduct a SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) analysis. The participants will learn through in-person lectures and in-class activities. Taking this course will increase the participants understanding of the strategic planning process and give them the tools and knowledge to create or refine their own strategic plan. The ideal audience for this course is leaders, managers, and interested professionals.
