In this course, participants will learn a strategic planning framework. The participants will learn the best practices in how to assess current business state, how to determine alignment of an organization’s mission, vision, and values to their short-term and long-term goals, and how to conduct a SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) analysis. The participants will learn through in-person lectures and in-class activities.
