Description:

This is a 3 credits synchronous online course that is part of the Dental Assisting program which provide graduates with the formally trained Registered Dental Assisting license upon graduation. This course is to be taken concurrently with Preclinical, Dental Radiology, Dental Assisting and Concepts in Risks Management. This is an introductory course in dental morphology, occlusion, head and neck anatomy, oral embryology and histology. This course also provides laboratory exercises in dental morphology and head and neck anatomy. The ideal candidate for this course is an adult over 18, able to lift and carry 5 lbs, meet MA school immunization requirements, CORI and SORI checks, and is legally permitted to work. |
