This in person full-day leadership team session, is conducted as a class lecture and group discussion at an offsite location. We will focus on teachings of the Entrepreneurial Operating System for leadership teams of entrepreneurial companies. I will teach participants how to review and analyze company performance and how to apply learnings. I will also teach how to improve team health using team health building exercises. The team will be taught how to complete the EOS Organizational Checkup Questionnaire, their Leadership Team SWOT Analysis.
