This workshop gives the necessary steps to be followed in building a robust safety culture. These steps include management involvement, employee engagement, analyzing hazards, control, and abatement, communication and training, evaluations, and evolving commitment. This course will be held in-person and includes lectures, discussions, and interactive exercises/demonstrations. Course can be provided in English, Spanish, Portuguese, and Cape Verdean Creole. *Note: employees that are legally required to take this training are not eligible to be included in employers' counts for Express reimbursement through the Workforce Training Fund.
