This course teaches management the tools to effectively motivate, coach, inspire, and solicit employee's engagement in furtherance of a strong company culture. Topics include communication methods, on-the-job coaching tactics, employee engagement, establishing culture benchmarks, and improving cultural competencies. This course will be held in-person and includes lectures, discussions, and interactive exercises/demonstrations. Course can be provided in English, Spanish, Portuguese, and Cape Verdean Creole. Note: employees that are legally required to take this training are not eligible to be included in employers' counts for Express reimbursement through the Workforce Training Fund.
