In this course participants will learn about providing constructive feedback and how it forms an essential component of a manager’s relationship with their employees. The training will cover the role of feedback in the workplace and takes participants through the best practices in how to prepare for it, how to deliver it, and how they can use it as a tool to develop their employees. Participants will learn through lectures and in-class activities. Taking this course will increase the participants ability to develop and practice an effective feedback process, confidently deliver employee feedback, and be more comfortable in using feedback to strengthen workplace relationships. The ideal audience for this course is supervisors and managers.
