This course explores the steps and methodologies for developing a sustainable business without the business owner being involved in the day-to-day operations. Trainers will work with business owners, their managers, and key personnel to identify areas of susceptibility if the owner is no longer present and how to address these concerns as an organization and as a team. This training aims to ensure that a business and its employees can continue to operate independently of the business owner and may be presented in person, virtually, or hybrid.
