This course is the second phase of Diversity and Inclusion training where participants will learn how to effectively engage in addressing the issues that are common sources of tension and inequity in modern professional settings. The training will go over strategies and skills needed to help identify specific issues of frustration and provide participants with approaches they can take to modify behaviors so those issues can be properly addressed. Participants will learn through lectures and in-class activities. Taking this course will deepen the participants’ understanding of the issues surrounding diversity and inclusion and increase their confidence to address these issues. The ideal audience for this course is supervisors and managers.
