Outlook Intermediate and Advanced teaches ways to optimize the power of Outlook. Participants at every level of the organization who are at least at the Intermediate level of Outlook will maximize productivity, effective communications, work better virtually, best their organization skills, and save time. In person or virtual, instructor led with opportunity to immediately practice what is taught. Topics include advanced search techniques, filtering options, working with conversations, recalling a message, creating hyperlinks, how to use flags, how to create contact groups, forwarding and sharing contacts, how to share and with with other peoples calendars, how to set up delegate access, how to set up permissions and rules, and archiving.
