Six Sigma is a statistical approach to improving business and manufacturing processes through variation reduction to reduce defects and improve product quality. GBMP’s Six Sigma Black Belt course is an 8-day program with four 2-day modules for each of the Six Sigma “road map” steps: Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control. It is designed to provide both instruction and hands-on training as attendees are required to complete a Black Belt project during the program. This 8-day course is appropriate for current credentialed Green Belts within the organization as a Green Belt is required to upgrade to a Black Belt. The course is delivered on-site and is facilitator-led.
