This full-day team learning session, held at our training center, will focus on teachings of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) for Leadership teams of entrepreneurial companies.
We will start by reviewing the tools taught at the EOS Focus Day. We will then teach them how to identify people issues utilizing the People Analyzer, how to keep their weekly measurables on track, and what to do when their Rocks are off-track. Students will learn how to create Core Values for the organization, how to create a clear Core Focus, and how to set a clear 10-year Target for the organization."
As homework, attendees will be assigned articles and a book to read as well as audio to listen to that will reinforce the training.
