This full-day team learning session, held at our training center, will focus on teachings of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) for Leadership teams of entrepreneurial companies.
We start by reviewing the tools learned in the Focus Day and Vision Building Day 1 courses. We will then teach them how to set an organizational Ten Year TargetTM, teach them how to create their company Marketing Strategy, learn how to create a 3 Year PictureTM, learn how to set organizational 1 Year priorities and quarterly priorities and financial goals.
As homework, attendees will be assigned reading and audio that will reinforce the training. |
