Description:

This full-day team learning session, held at our training center, will focus on teachings of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) for Leadership teams of entrepreneurial companies.
We will learn how to calculate Rock completion and financial performance, review the 20 Tools in the EOS Toolbox, learn how to complete the Pulling it All Together” tool to assess company progress, and how to successfully compartmentalize within the business. Students draft org-wide and individual priorities for the next 90 days, practice setting rocks, and identify and brainstorm solutions to key issues relevant to the upcoming quarter.
As homework, attendees will be assigned reading and audio that will reinforce the training.
