Description:

This full-day team learning session, held at our training center, will focus on teachings of the EOS for Leadership teams of entrepreneurial companies. We will be reviewing organizational progress since our last session and learning to adjust company vision. We will then teach how to roll out the EOS Tools the leadership team has learned to the rest of the organization, how to run Departmental Quarterly Planning sessions, and how to utilize the Shared by All Checklist. Students will be tasked to draft quarterly priorities for the coming quarter and will learn how to use the First Step tool to improve success rates on quarterly initiatives. As homework, attendees will be assigned reading that will reinforce the training.
